In rivers, the water that you touch is the last of what has passed and the first of that which comes; so with present time.
I was looking through my old pictures and found this one, signed by Francis Ford Coppola.
It says Multumesc.~Thank you.
It's one of my favorite pictures and I am really happy I found it. It reminds me of a different period in my life... Also, it reminds me how quickly time passes... That's why I posted this title, it's a Leonardo quote... ( Da Vinci, I am not quoting Leonardo Di Caprio on this blog)... Because time is limited, even when we feel we have plenty of it. We don't.
So, why kill something that we are going to run out of someday, something that money cannot buy?
"You cannot kill time without injuring eternity" Henry David Thoreau
It's funny the thoughts a simple picture brings.

Soup. Secret Eastern European recipe discovered on a Hollywood set.
For illustration purposes, I am using Natalia Vodianova. I am sure she eats soup. I don't know who took this picture, so whoever it is, they have the right to the picture. I am just illustrating a soup eater. And a mother of three. Here is her foundation that helps build playgrounds for children in Russia.
Too much fashion gets boring sometimes... and a girl needs to eat. Not too much, to fit into that sample size.
Soups are amazing, and the Eastern European soups are the best. Ever wondered why those Eastern Europeans girls look amazing? Well, lot of things... secret things... but one of them is eating soup. Instead of pasta or fries and fast-food.
So, this is an exceptional food post. And, if even an unexperienced cook as myself can make this, so can you.
I don't know how to write a recipe so I will just explain it to you as it was explained to me~ on a Hollywood set. From an Eastern european supermodel~Can't get better than that.
You put some water to boil. The quantity of water in not determined, but you should put more than just for a cup of coffee. Let your intelligence help you with this one.
Add salt, pepper and some seasonings to the water. Again, everything is relative.
Get some chicken drums and put them in the boiling water.
Get a carrot, parsnip, celery, onion and a tomato.
Chop everything and put the vegetables in the boiling water.
Add rice, quinoa or pasta too, if you want.
Let everything boil, add more seasonings, add parsley at the end and Bon Appetit.
Seriously, just that?
Seriously, yes.

Anais Nin
Anais Nin-- French born author known mostly for her published journals, which span more than sixty years and her erotica.
To be continued...
Meanwhile...
People living deeply have no fear of death.
You cannot save people, you can only love them.
I have a strong sense of creation, of tomorrow, that I cannot get drunk, knowing I will be less alive, less well, less creative the next day.
Someday I'll be locked up for love insanity."She loved too much".
He left me at my hotel at 3:00 AM murmuring:"You're marvelous."

Happy Women's Day!
What to do on Women's Day. Simple instructions to follow.
You can start with a simple bouquet of tulips. This is step one. You can move up or stay here.
Step Two. A nice present with a red sole from Mr. Louboutin himself.
Step three. You can move really up and gift her the Chateau Chambord. Or at least a weekend there.
Or you can always just give the tulips.
When love is involved, tulips are as good as the chateau.
Happy Women's Day to all the beautiful women out there. Let me know who gets to go to the castle.

Definition of Success
Success
To laugh often and much
to win the respect of intelligent people
and the affection of children;
to earn the appreciation of honest critics
and endure the betrayal of false friends;
to appreciate beauty;
to find the best in others;
to leave the world a bit better,
whether by a healthy child,
a garden patch
or a redeemed social condition;
to know even one life has breathed easier
because you have lived.
This is to have succeeded.
-Ralph Waldo Emerson

Here is me wearing a H&M t-shirt to this fancy dinner. Or a Chloe t-shirt in disguise.
Here is the view. Where can it be?
Here is the food.
Bon Appetit!
